Black Kampot pepper stir-fry pork12

To make the marinade you need:
2 garlic, chopped and peeled
2 small chillies, de seeded and chopped fine
5 cm of ginger, chopped fine
2 table spoons soya sauce
Fresh ground black Kampot pepper
300 gram of pork, cut into fine strips
Combine all the above ingrediense and set aside in the fridge for 1 hour, longer if possible.

Now for the veggies:
1 cauliflower, cleaned, cut into smaller pieces and boiled in boiling water for 2 minutes
2 carrots, peeled and cut into thin strips
1/2 red pepper, cut into thin strips
4 cherry tomatoes cut into 4 pieces each
1/2 small cabbage, cut into small pieces.
2 tablespoons oystersauce
2 tablespoons peanuts

Heat a wok over high heat. when smoking hot, add a bit of oil, then fry the meat till it takes colour. Remove the meat and set aside. Now fry the carrots, cauliflower and cabbage for a couple of minuts, and then put the meat back into the wok.
Add red pepper, tomatoes, oyster sauce and mix well together.
Just before serving, add the peanuts, stir around and serve with rice
